Dr. Alexander Vigen has extensive experience in breast surgery, facial surgery and body contouring surgery. Dr Vigen specializes in aesthetic breast surgery such as breast augmentation, breast lift and breast reduction. He often performs abdominoplasty after weight loss or childbirth, and is interested in modern methods of liposuction and fat transfer. In addition, he has developed a special interest in eyelid surgery and facelifts.

Dr. Vigen has worked as a plastic surgeon since 2011 and worked the first years mostly with general plastic surgery and body contouring surgery, and as a senior consultant since 2016 with an interest and specialty in breast, face and body contouring surgery.

Dr. Vigen is a member of ISAPS - International Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and regularly travels to courses and conferences around the world. He has gained international experience through residencies with many well-known plastic surgeons abroad.

Dr. Alexander Vigen is interested in finding solutions that cross over between plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine and how to combine different types of surgical and non-surgical procedures for the best possible results for patients. Some patients want one and others the other, and it is important to have a high level of expertise in both fields to find the best solution for each individual. In some cases, he will recommend non-surgical methods, laser treatments and so-called minimally invasive procedures and combine these to achieve the best results, while in others, surgery will be the best solution.

Dr. Vigen is Restylane certified and has attended several annual international congresses over the past 10 years. He has also been a speaker at several international plastic surgery congresses.

Dr. Vigen trained as a physician at NTNU, earned his PhD at NTNU and worked at the Department of Plastic Surgery at Telemark Hospital from 2011-2015, at the Department of Plastic Surgery at Haukeland University Hospital in 2015-2017, and as a senior consultant since 2016 at Ahus and several private clinics.

Kristin Solheim is a cosmetic nurse and general manager at Nordstrandklinikken. She has a very good aesthetic eye and good knowledge of facial anatomy.

Kristin is concerned with natural results, preventive treatments and not overtreating. She creates a plan for treatment throughout the year based on wishes, needs and budget, and she follows up well with her customers.

Kristin does most treatments such as filler treatments, botox, laser treatments for wrinkles, burst blood vessels, skin tightening, peels, mesotherapy and setting up skin programs from ZO Skin health and ZO Medical and Skinceuticals.

She is Restylane certified and has many national and international courses behind her, including training from Germany and Monaco.

Kristin has worked from 2006-2015 with postoperative nursing at the Surgical Department at Ahus, Rikshospitalet, Haraldsplass Hospital and Aleris in plastic surgery before she started as a full-time cosmetic nurse. She has also worked in this field at Nordstrandklinikken in recent years and has a lot of experience with follow-up and checks after surgery.

Ellen has experience in skin care with lasers and other chemical treatments since 1988. Of which 10 years in close collaboration with a dermatologist.

She was one of the very first in Norway to start with muscle relaxant injections and Restylane in her own clinic, from 1996.

Ellen was also one of the first to use and sell ZO Skin Health products (formerly Obagi Nu Derm) in the clinic.

Ellen has traveled the world on courses and has held a number of courses herself. She has a specialization in anatomy and is a certified "Trained Restylane Master".

It is therefore no exaggeration to say that Ellen is one of the country's most experienced and best injection and laser therapists.
